Alongside my work as an Executive Coach, I partner with leadership teams and organisations on challenges that sit at the collective and systemic level. My work focuses on helping leaders improve how they work together — and how their organisations function as a result.

I support leadership teams to increase their effectiveness, particularly at moments where performance, trust, or alignment are under pressure.

This includes:
• Building trust and psychological safety, including addressing difficult or unspoken issues
• Encouraging a culture of speaking up and engaging in more honest, productive dialogue
• Supporting teams through leadership transitions using structured conversations
• Helping teams articulate a shared mission, vision, and ways of working

Organisational Culture
and Health
I work with organisations to understand what is really happening beneath the surface, particularly where engagement, morale, or performance have declined.

This includes organisational health and culture diagnostics, sensing and listening exercises, and clear, practical recommendations about the key levers for change. I have worked across the globe, often in complex or struggling environments.
Leading Change and Transition
I have supported leaders and teams navigating significant organisational and cultural change, including mergers, joint ventures, restructures, offshoring, and operating model changes.

My role is to help leaders slow down enough to think, engage their organisations more deliberately, and lead change in a way that is both humane and effective.
