Beth Callen
A combination of senior leadership experience, deep organisational insight and coaching expertise.
My Background
I began my career with a first-class degree in Modern Languages from the University of Cambridge and have lived and worked in both the UK and France. I am fluent in English and French and have spent most of my professional life working internationally.

For over 20 years, I held senior HR and leadership roles in multinational organisations, primarily in the energy sector. I worked across operational and strategic functions, designing and leading global organisational strategies in complex, matrixed environments.

Throughout my professional life, I have worked closely with leaders and executive teams, supporting them through business transitions, performance challenges, and relational dynamics. I have partnered with professionals at all stages—from early career to C-suite—giving me a grounded understanding of the realities of organisational life.

I have coached hundreds of mid-level and senior women, and as a senior female leader myself, I have a deep affinity with some of the questions which arise for women as they navigate the different stages of their career.
I also navigated a significant mid-career transition myself, which gives me particular empathy for leaders considering ways to change or shape the next phase of their working life.

After leaving corporate life, I completed an MSc in Executive Coaching, got accredited with the EMCC and since 2022 I have run my own coaching and consultancy practice. I focus primarily on one-to-one executive coaching, complemented by selective organisational consulting and leadership development training. I work as an associate coach for the Hult Ashridge Center for Executive Coaching and I am a qualified Coaching Supervisor, supervising other professional coaches.

As a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Personnel Development (CIPD), I continue to coach and mentor other HR practitioners — a way of staying connected to the profession and supporting the next generation of leaders.
