As an experienced HR business leader, I have extensive experience in helping global leadership teams to maximise their own effectiveness as well meet their organisational challenges. I’ve worked with a range of different teams and industries including finance professionals, M&A and trading specialists, explorers, strategy consultants, renewable energy specialists, manufacturing sites as well as HR, OD and Learning.
I don't come with a pre-cooked theory or approach: you can expect support which is tailored to your specific team dynamics, your organisation, and your objectives. I am comfortable working virtually as well as in person, and I have extensive experience of partnering with multicultural teams.
