Wondering how coaching could help you?

Coaching is a series of conversations designed to help you move forward. It's a confidential, supportive space in which to explore and clarify your thoughts, identify patterns, see what might be blocking you and decide a way forward for your particular questions or challenge.

People come to coaching for all sorts of different reasons. Some examples include:

  • You’re a senior leader or chief executive and you need a sounding board: there are few people around with whom you can speak freely and openly.
     

  • You feel stuck in life and/or at work, you’re at a crossroads, or you think you could be hitting the ‘glass ceiling’.
     

  • You’re in transition: perhaps you’re a first-time leader; perhaps you’re newly promoted or have shifted direction and want to reflect on the challenges of operating in your new role.
     

  • You’re having difficulty navigating key relationships at work, or speaking up for what you want.
     

  • You’re having a confidence wobble, or experiencing imposter syndrome.
     

  • You’re finding your overall wellbeing is challenged, and want to feel a greater sense of balance.
     

Or…​
 

  • All or none of the above. You just want a thinking partner and a safe space to talk.

Coaching with me

I’m a relational coach, which means I place great importance on our relationship being one of trust and openness. It also means I can help you explore your relationship with yourself and those around you.

You can expect a focus entirely on your agenda, your priorities and your challenges. I will ask questions, challenge you, and support you to identify your own path through. I will always bring empathy, an open mind and a pragmatic approach which comes from years of supporting individuals to work through their challenges.

 

Throughout my career, I have collaborated with different nationalities and cultures and I am happy coaching in both English and French. I work virtually as well as face to face and from a base in London I can travel both domestically and internationally.
