How can I support you?

As an HR professional (FCIPD) with 20 years of HR experience, I have a particular passion for supporting and developing my colleagues in the profession. I offer two main types of support:

1:1 Coaching or mentoring

I count HR professionals from a variety of sectors amongst my individual coaching clients. Over the years, I have extensively mentored colleagues from graduate level up to more senior positions. 

HR Coaching Circles

These are facilitated small group sessions designed for HR professionals to share their dilemmas and receive peer input, whilst at the same time practising their own coaching skills.

Why consider HR Coaching Circles?

HR work can be challenging and at times draining.

HR coaching circles can support HR professionals in two ways:

- By offering a forum for colleagues to share with, and learn from each other. Participants bring their dilemmas and through a structured dialogue, receive support, ideas and perspectives from others in the group.

- By creating an opportunity for HR folk to practise their own coaching skills with their peers. Through a facilitated process, the group is encouraged to help each other via open enquiry rather than offering the solution.
